Safety and Security
Bohemian Nights is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment. At Bohemian Nights, we embrace diversity and value different backgrounds, perspectives, and views. You can expect to be treated in a professional and courteous manner, and in turn, you are expected to treat everyone with respect. To support these principles and to make your experience a positive one, we ask you to uphold this Code of Conduct.
• All are entitled to enjoy an experience free from hostile or discriminatory behavior, including sexual harassment of any kind, unwelcome sexual attention, and inappropriate physical contact.
•Guests agree to be respectful of all other guests, performers, staff, vendors, and property.
•Guests agree to look out for one another.
Guests will conduct themselves in accordance with this Code of Conduct, directions of staff, and all other rules pertaining to the property. You are responsible for your conduct and the conduct of your guests. Please help maintain these high standards by reporting any concerning behavior. Conduct deemed by Bohemian Nights to be inappropriate will not be tolerated. If you see something that concerns you, please say something to our staff or security so we can ensure the best experience possible.
For your safety and the safety of others, festivalgoers and their possessions are subject to inspection as a condition of festival admittance. Attendees can expect all-day bag checks at the entrance to the Mountain Avenue venue. Any festivalgoer who refuses a search of any kind (either personal or bag) shall be refused entry to the venue.
The first-aid station is centrally located at the southeast corner of Mountain Avenue and Mathews Street. Please consult the festival map. For critical medical emergencies, please contact on-site personnel.
If severe weather occurs, including lightning, strong continuous wind, wind bursts or hail, we may need to delay or cancel shows. In the event of severe weather, please seek appropriate shelter as directed by event safety and security staff. Announcements will be made from the stage regarding delays, cancellations or evacuation procedures. Weather updates will also be posted on the mobile app, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Safety is the responsibility of all attendees.
The Mountain Avenue venue is divided into sections that encourage better crowd flow and also allow medical and safety personnel quicker access. Portable toilets are available in each section, as well as water and beer for purchase.
The main entrance at Mountain Avenue and Mathews Street is the only entrance to the Mountain Avenue venue. For your safety and the safety of others, festivalgoers and their possessions are subject to inspection as a condition of admittance. Any festivalgoer who refuses a search of any kind (either personal or bag) shall be refused entry to the venue. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: glass, weapons, and illegal and recreational drugs. Alcohol purchased outside of the festival is also prohibited and will be confiscated. Smoking of any kind is prohibited.
The main entrance at Mountain Avenue and Mathews Street is the only entrance to the Mountain Avenue venue. When you reach your section, please locate the closest exit.
The venue is general admission. If you leave the venue, you must re-enter from the main entrance. There is no guaranteed re-entry.
No strollers, chairs, skateboards or coolers are allowed. Pets are not allowed.
Portable toilets are available in each section. Water and select beers are available for purchase in each section. ALL sidewalks will close by 5:30 p.m.
The first two sections of Mountain Avenue venue will be covered by a sun shade to keep festivalgoers comfortable during the day.
Please report any suspicious activity immediately to police or to event security staff in black shirts. Please be respectful of the event security staff and police, who are there to help make this free community event safe for everyone.
